Lidl to open stores in Slovakia

German discount chain Lidl is to open 16 stores in Slovakia on 6th May. Lidl plans to open 28 stores in the country in 2004. The stores will have a surface area of between 1000 and 1400 m² and will offer around 1200 product lines.
