CATALYTIC GENERATORS invented and patented in 1973 a process for the production of ethylene in ripening chambers. The system consists of a catalytic generator that converts a concentrated liquid, called Ethy-Gen® II, into safe levels of ethylene, the natural plant hormone produced by many fruits, including bananas, tomatoes, avocados, mangoes and pears.

 

 

 

The company offers various robust and professional devices including the Easy-Ripe®. The production of ethylene can be adjusted for several part sizes, which means that the Easy-Ripe® can adapt to all the PPM ethylene requirements. For larger rooms, additional units make it easy to reach appropriate ethylene levels.

 

 

 

Easy-Ripe® is very simple to use, just place it in the ripening room in a practical place, connect it to an electrical outlet with earth connection, select the conversion rate and finally pour 1 or 2 liters of Ethy-Gen® II maturation concentrate. The production of ethylene begins within a few minutes!
