The export of fresh grapes resumed as well as dried grape, great specialty of the country.
The export of fresh and dried fruits to neighboring countries and to international markets resumed.
After years of conflict, the country has resumed its exports of grapes to India and the United Arab Emirates and its exports of grenadesto to Russia for the 1èr time. Started in 2011 grape exports to India have grown rapidly from 5 tons the first year to 170 tons the following year.
This year the tonnage exported will be even higher. International aid program in the country has allowed to improv transport infrastructure and storage capacity, thus promoting the resumption of commercial links and exports.
