Macfrut 2024 another success, demonstrating the sector's dynamism

The Macfrut show, the international event for the fruit and vegetable sector, was another success in its 2024 edition. Exhibitors gave it an enthusiastic welcome, and visitor numbers were up.

 

The show organisers announced a total of 56,200 visitors, up 13% on 2023. In the opinion of many participants, Macfrut 2024 was the most exciting edition ever, and it is clear that the sector is dynamic and confident about the future.

 

The quality of visitors, industry professionals and foreign buyers was exceptional. The show's various events were outstanding, bringing together the world's leading experts.

 

"I can only agree with what one exhibitor told me at the show: Macfrut has become a must-attend event to get an idea of where the sector is heading," said Renzo Piraccini, President of Macfrut. "This was our objective and the fact that exhibitors have understood it shows that we are on the right track."

 

"In fact, from tomorrow we will start planning an even bigger and more international edition for 2025."

 

The next edition of Macfrut will take place from 7 to 9 May 2025.
