The Innovation Award 2015

 FLIA (Fruit Logistica Innovation Award ), the Innovation 2015 Award was presented on the last day of the show :

- 1st : " Seedless Aurora Papaya " Papaya Aurora seedless (Israel). Produced by the company " Flowers Aviv Packing House " this new papaya is completely seedless . It offers a delicate flavor and firm flesh . "Aurora" has been produced by a natural selection of different varieties. Fruit weight ranges from 200 to 1000 grams.

- 2nd : " Lemoncherry " yellow cherry tomato developed by BelOrta , Belgian growers' cooperative . This cherry tomato provides a distinctive citrus aroma .

- 3rd : "DIY Fresh Packs" Bakker Barendrecht , these packs are designed for consumers who want to use fresh vegetables to prepare a dish (soup, couscous, noodles ... ) for 4 people.
