Mersel Foods has opened new factory for vacuum packaged ready-to-eat corn

This September Mersel Foods Private Limited has opened new factory for vacuum packaged ready-to-eat corn in India, state Maharashtra.
“The location is perfect, because in this state corn is grown. Factory is also closed to South India, so corn is available year round,” - comments company’s director Samir Singh and adds “Corn is ready-to-eat and the variety is Syngenta Sugar 75, which tastes very good”.
Target market for export is Eastern and Western Europe, possibly supermarkets, wholesalers, food delivery companies, and any companies working with ready-to-eat corn.
“This is good option for warm food for people who do not eat meat, very easy to put in microwave and have a lunch at work or anywhere” – shares Vladimir Saratovs, sales director.
