Qifeng Fruit seeks year-round kiwi supply and now imports from Chile

Qifeng Fruit is one of the leading players in the Chinese kiwifruit sector, nestled within the national kiwifruit industrial park in Meixian County. With a background spanning 27 years and a network of 9 subsidiaries, the company offers seedling development, farming, harvesting, storage, packaging, and distribution. The company specializes in green and red kiwi varieties.

“The kiwifruit season in China runs from September to early May, and this is why we’re launching our new company in Chile. We seek a year-round supply and now collaborate with Chilean kiwi producers. In March, we’ll import the first kiwifruit shipments from Chile to China. In addition, we seek to expand our presence in the European and American markets and are open for new partnerships”, comments Qifeng Fruit International Trading Manager, Bruce Lu.

Qifeng Fruit plant has state-of-the-art facilities, including air-conditioned storage and a 20,000-square-meter standardized production workshop. Its cutting-edge infrastructure includes 22 French Maf Roda packaging lines, enabling it to sort over 700 tons of kiwifruit daily.

Pioneering innovation in the kiwifruit sector, Qifeng Fruit collaborates with numerous academic institutions on research and development initiatives, resulting in the filing of 10 patents. In 2021, it  proudly unveiled its proprietary digital ready-to-eat management system, alongside the introduction of our latest offering, the "Qifeng ready-to-eat kiwi."

Qifeng Fruit supplies 26 countries and regions, including Canada, Singapore, Dubai, and Chile, among others.
