McCain bought the Lutosa potato division of PinguinLutosa Foods Group.
McCain has acquired Lutosa the potato division from PinguinLutosa Foods Group.
The transaction was for 225 million euros, but the European competition authorities must give their consent.
PinguinLutosa has 17 sites in Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, Hungary and the United Kingdom. The group employs 2,700 people.
