Peru’s artichoke exports registered a 28% growth, with main destinations the U.S.A (58%) Spain (23%) and France (10,5 %).
Peru's artichoke exports registered a 28% growth, on average, between 2005 to 2011.
Peru’s artichoke exports have grown from 44 million US$ in 2005 to 123.3 million US$ in 2011. For 2012 the forecasts are similar, the exports will continue to grow.
The major destinations are the U.S.A (58%), Spain (23%) and France (10.5%). These countries have received 91% of 2011's exports.
