32% price increase for apples has been fixed in Moscow (Russia)

As reported by local specialists, embargo for import of fruits and vegetables from Poland and Moldova, considerably affects fruits price setting within domestic market of Russia. At the current moment apples costs have rised up to 32%, local farmers are ready to sell this kind of fruits at 0,96 - 1,10 USD/kg. Based on the latest data, apples prices were 2 times lower during the same period last year.
