The United States has just authorized the importation of Vietnamese mangoes. The country plans to export about 3,000 tonnes of mangoes to the United States.

The ministry also said China remains the leading importer of Vietnamese fruits and vegetables with 72.6 % market share. Some markets posted strong growth, such as Korea (+ 68.2%), the Netherlands (+ 60.2%), Australia (+ 54.8%) and the United Arab Emirates (+36.8%). %).
In 2018, Vietnam exported $3.8 billion worth of Fruit & Vegetables and is targeting a turnover of about $4.2 billion in 2019.
