Fresh fruits and vegetables at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2013

For the first time at the Salon de l'Agriculture, operators in the sector of fresh fruit and vegetables, members of Interfel, gather in a joint stand to inform the general public.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Salon International de l'Agriculture, fresh fruit and vegetables is exposed in a completely new stand of over 330 m² (Hall 2.2, stand B48). Animated by various events, the stand is made up of two distinct areas: one for children of 120 m², and another of 210 m² where you can discover all the stages of a fruit or a vegetable, from farm to fork.

This space is organized around five areas guided by professionals:

- the vegetable production will be illustrated by an enormous pyramid of vegetables,
- the fruit production will present the know-how and seasonality with the tree of the seasons,
- the dispatch/export will propose an animation to explain the calibration of products,
- the wholesale will invite young and old to a brand new game tactile,
- the distribution will propose to learn to recognize the different types of products.
