Joint venture to buy Del Monte Pacific

Filipino food group San Miguel and NutriAsia are forming a joint venture to acquire Del Monte Pacific.
Del Monte Pacific own the rights for the Del Monte brand name in the Philippines and the Indian sub continent.
NutriAsia will own 58 percent of the JV company, with San Miguel owning the remaining 42 percent.
