Investment fund takes 50 percent stake in Pro Natura

Investment fund Activa Capital has taken a 50 percent stake in France's leading organic produce distributor Pro Natura. Founder and chairman of Pro Natura Henri de Pazzis, will remain in charge of the company which has averaged a growth rate of 22 percent a year since it was founded in 1987.
