Belgian expert in reusable packaging releases 2024 Sustainability Report, highlighting major environmental progress
Tosca, one of the leaders in reusable packaging solutions, has published its 2024 Sustainability Report, showcasing significant advancements in 2023. The report highlights the company’s efforts to reduce waste and carbon emissions while supporting customer sustainability goals.
Tosca achieved a 37.8% reduction in carbon emissions intensity by revenue in 2023 and earned Ecovadis ISO Platinum accreditation in EMEA for its operational excellence. The company also diverted 284,000 metric tons of cardboard from global supply chains, contributing to a total of over 2.4 million metric tons since 2000 through the adoption of its reusable packaging solutions.
CEO Eric Frank emphasized Tosca’s commitment to sustainability, stating, "Our ‘all together better’ strategy yielded impressive results as we partnered with customers to reduce waste and improve efficiency."
In 2023, Tosca partnered with Simpsons Beverages to enhance sustainability through its Hybrid Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), reducing costs and improving operational efficiency.
