Fair Trade - Max Havelaar sales up 40 percent in 2003

Max Havelaar certified free trade products registered a turnover for 2003 of 156 million Swiss francs, up by 40 percent on the previous year. According to the foundation, SF38 million went directly to growers and workers on partner plantations.
