In Hall 4.1 Stand B16, the Swiss manufacturer VISAR SORTING presents its innovative, fully automated solutions, able to sort, calibrate and weigh each batch of carrots and potatoes (washed or unwashed) with the highest efficiency on the market.

VISAR proposes SORTOP CARROTS and SORTOP POTATOES, 100% automatic machines able to optimize the efficiency of selection. With SORTOP CARROTS, the proportion of carrots sold compared to manual sorting increases up to 5%, due to its precision and constancy. SORTOP POTATOES allows a calibration of the weights of each tuber with a precision of 5%, a selection of three quality levels more the waste. 

"SORTOP CARROTS is the only automated system capable of running all day constantly, with high levels of quality. It allows the user to switch any lot of carrots without speed/parameters control," said one of the users, Alex Zogg, Müller-Azmoos AG.
