Agricultural production costs rise

According to the national statistics institute, Insee, agricultural production costs increased by 6.7% in September compared to the same month last year. This was mainly due to an increase in vegetables – tomatoes, lettuce, carrots – (+44%), fruit (+15%) and cereal crops (+16%).
