Auchan plans to purchase two supermarket companies in Georgia: Goodwill and G.mart.
French group Auchan SA is lookinig to buy two companies that own supermarkets in Georgia.
Auchan plans to buy G.mart and Goodwill, both based in the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi. Goodwill has
three stores and G.mart has 1.
The director of Goodwill, who unveiled the project on the TV channel Rustavi 2, did not specify the sum of the sale.
