Cassava exports by Peru in 2022 totaled 5.626.411 kilos, worth $1.456.490, says the Agrodata Peru portal.
The main recipient of Peruvian cassava between January to December 2022 was Chile, with sales for $1.404.000, followed by Canada ($34.000) and United States ($11.000).
In the 2021 season, the country exported 5.399.196 kilos of the product for $1.259.895.
