New in the range of endives from Prince de Bretagne

The trademark " Prince de Bretagne " extends its range of endives, produced in the Kerlouan region (Finistère) .

The brand offers for the 2014-15 season a new segmented range , responding to customer requests :

- 500 g bag : the perfect amount for small households

- Bag of 6 young endives : harvested early, these small endives are soft and full of crunch. (available from 10 November)

- Bag of 4 endives : therefore a bag of 650 g at an affordable price for the consumer (available from 10 November).

So these new standards complement the existing references : Royale (5 kg) , Endive of Britain (1 kg) , Endive Prince (1 kg) , Carmine ( purple leaves).

The Kerlouan region includes 26 producers endives specializedfor an annual production of about 7 500 tonnes. All engaged in one and the same grading station. All items are checked on arrival and a second time before they are marketed.
