Fruit Gourmet Expo wants to boost consumption of fruits & vegetables

Expected in 2015 , the new fair Fruit Gourmet Expo has set ambitious goals.

Rethinking the supply of Fruits & Vegetables to encourage consumption. By combining taste and quality of products, highlighting the Fruit & Vegetables in all consumption occasions , it can stimulate and boost demand.

In supermarkets , restaurants , school canteens, but also bars and shops. Multiplying offers and formats consumption of Fruits & Vegetables is reactivated and the crisis of the production sector resolved.

Fruit Gourmet Expo, organized by Veronafiere , will be held from 5 to 7 of May 2015. It will bring together producers, distribution managers , professionals of the HoReCa channel, food decision makers.
