Organic trade show in Chicago in May

The All Things Organic trade show will take place in Chicago at the beginning of May.
Organic food is the fastest growing sector in the US food industry and is worth around US$13 billion a year.
The trade show takes place at McCormick Place in Chicago from 2nd to 4th May and is organised by the Organic Trade Association.
