The Marais Group expands its distribution network
MD | Groupe Marais
Based near Nantes, the Marais Group continues to expand its distribution network by creating two new subsidiaries, one in Rungis, the other in Belgium.
The Marais Group packages and sells fruit and vegetables in the first selected range. The Marais Group sells 35,000 tons of fruit and vegetables (including 22 million in trays) on the European market and outside the EEC.
The opening of these two subsidiaries will optimize logistics. The Rungis office will serve the area of Paris and Eastern of France. Offices in Belgium and Benelux will be a platform for markets of Germany and countries of Eastern Europe.
The opening of theses 2 offices will be held on March 1st 2011:GIE Marais Rungis and the Marais Benelux.
