Alliance agreement signed between Prim'land and Fruits Union

The two companies have signed a strategic alliance agreement.

SCAAP Kiwis France / Prim 'land (350 producers, 750 hectares of kiwifruit, 100 acres of apples) and SCA Lorifruit / Fruits Union (60 producers in the Rhone Valley, 500 acres of stone fruit, of kiwifruit and apples) have signed an alliance.

The ambition of this alliance is to strengthen the positions of the partners on the French market and develop export potential.

The partners will apply a strategy of plantation development and share activities of sales offices. Billing will done by product, kiwifruit by Prim'land, stone fruit (apricot, peach and nectarine) by Fruits Union.
