LOU offers a range of mushrooms in sachets (doy-packs) with 3 uses in 3 segments:
- "Nature": 2 recipes for mushroom, chopped or in small pieces
- "Cooked": 4 recipes, Tomato and Basil, Way risotto, garlic and parsley, Balsamic Vinaigrette,
- "The Apéros": 3 recipes for mini-Paris mushrooms whole, cooked in a creamy sauce that does not for a healthy alternative for an appetizer.
Whole range of mushrooms LOU is produced in a factory near Nantes that is IFS certified. The mushrooms used do not undergo any treatment of sulfites.
LEGULICE is a family company based in Brittany, which sells vegetables in all market segments under the brand LOU.
