Season starts at Primland for paprika "Biper Eztia"

Primland, providing for 5 years the marketing of green sweet pepper "Beeper Eztia" announced that the new season will last until October.

Unlike its cousin, the "Piment d'Espelette" which offers a taste rather pointed, green pepper "Beeper Eztia" is the sweetest peppers (level 1 of the Scoville scale).

Integer, slightly curved, minimum length of 14 cm and a diameter of 2 cm. Its color is a deep green, smooth, and shiny. Its texture is soft and thin skin.

It is sold in bags of 200 g within each bag an average of 12 chillies.
