Poland has exported to Russia record volumes of apples in March 2013

Due to the official data Poland has exported 70 tons of apples to Russian fruit market during March 2013.

These figures exceed the previous year’s by numbers 28%. March apples delivery volumes has appeared to be the record ones within last 5 years period. According to the latest data around 485 tons of apples have been sold to the Russian market by Polish fruit producers during first 9 months of 20122013 season.

At the same time, Poland keeps increasing total imports of apples to Russia, which allows this country to gain the lead among other suppliers of apples to the Russian fruit market during 5 seasons in a row.
