A new logistics platform in Cesena

The agreement between GF Group Apofruit and CPR System will lead to the creation of a logistics platform in Cesena.

 
Last July, GF Group, through its subsidiary GF Trasporti had bought the company Technolog Italia Srl. GF Group now sells 10% stake in Technolog Apofruit and 10% CR System.

 
The objective of this agreement is to develop synergies between sectors, considering that the 3 companies is a key to competitiveness in the sector.

 
The company Technologies is specialized in the handling of goods at a controlled temperature  and in logistics of foods and fruits. Its center of distribution and storage is located in Pieve Sestina.
