Cauliflower prices plunge in Ukraine

Due to the latest information, prices for cauliflower nosedive in Southern part of Ukraine. According to the statistics data, whole sale prices for cauliflower have skid down by 40%. At the current moment, cauliflower costs comprise approximately 0,33 – 0,40 EUROkg, price depends on vegetables quality and purchase volume. Dramatic price drop could be attributed to striking raise of low quality cauliflower offer within local market of Ukraine. At this time mostly frozen cauliflower is available on the market. While high quality cauliflower is stored in the warehouses, waiting for New Year’s price knock.
