Russian embargo enabled Serbian apples producers to dramatically increase apples export volumes to fruits market of Russia. According to the recent data, Serbia comes 1^st in the apples supplying countries rate. It stands to mention that Serbia has managed to get ahead of China and Azerbaijan. This season export volumes have reached a record high. Approximately 63 000 tons of apples were delivered to Russian market within 2014 – 2015 season. At the current moment prices for Serbian apples imported to Russian market go up to 1,2 – 1,9 USDkg.
