This 9th edition of FRUIT ATTRACTION will host the conference "LETTUCE ATTRACTION" on October 18 (Hall 5).

The most consumed salad, lettuce, the world's most consumed leafy vegetable, is the flagship product of FRUIT ATTRACTION 2017. Spain, with a total of 743,130 tonnes exported in 2016, is the world's largest exporter of lettuce and its production reaches 53 countries.

FRUIT ATTRACTION 2017 will host the conference "LETTUCE ATTRACTION, the World of Leafy Vegetables" to be held on October,18th in Hall 5 (Fruit Forum / 16.00 hours) and organized by PROEXPORT, the Exporters' Association of Fruits & Vegetables of the Murcia region, and its associated structures.

The event will bring together producers, exporters, importers, supermarket chains and hypermarkets, researchers, seed companies, industrialists and processors. Specialists in lettuce and other leafy vegetables will unveil the latest market trends and challenges.
