MACFRUT 2014: new confirmations of the Caribbean and Mediterranean

The  MACFRUT fair continues its internationalization with 2 confirmations from the Caribbean and the Mediterranean.

Abapromango, (Asociación Banileja de Productores de Mangos), the associationof mango producteurs of Bani region, confirms its participation in the next edition of the trade fair.  Abapromango it will lead a delegation of more than 30 people and 12 export companies. Bani is the N ° 1 region of mango production in the Dominican Republic, its exports totaled USD 11.5 million in 2013, its main markets are the USA and Europe.

Dominican professionals have stated that the fair will be an opportunity for them to meet European companies to buy high-tech equipment, packaging, machinery and products for harvest improvement.

Another newcomer: Algeria. The local Chamber of Commerce has confirmed its participation with a large delegation composed of the main export of fruits and vegetables companies.
