The Vegetable Festival of Tudela and Ribera de Navarra has started

The XXVIII edition of the Vegetable Festival of Tudela and Ribera de Navarra (Spain) began on April 19 and will be held until May 3. The purpose of the festival is to value the vegetables grown in the land of the region, such as asparagus, broad beans, artichokes, peas, among others.
At the event, visitors can participate in oil and wine tastings, cooking workshops, visit the orchards, concerts, presentations and talks.
Chef Leandro Fil, born in Tudela, and who has three Repsol suns and a Michelin star for the Alma and La Biblioteca restaurants, at the Hotel Alma in Pamplona, is a guest of honor at this edition. Between April 23 and 30, Mr. Fil will propose a spring menu based on seasonal vegetables at the aforementioned La Biblioteca restaurant.
