Healthy and colorful eating thanks to fruits and vegetables in order to better face the heat of the summer months.
The funded by the EU and the Ministry of Agriculture Fruitylife project highlights the importance of a diet based on fruits and vegetables. The website provides extensive information, videos, tips and recipes for a healthy diet. This information and advice can also be found on the FruitylifeEurope Facebook page .
Summer is coming and to better face the heat, healthy and tasty food is needed. The season offers rightly a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, for the pleasure of eyes and taste buds in a wide variety of colors and flavors. With a high water content, low in calories, no fat, lots of vitamins, fruits and vegetables are to be consumed daily. Remember that the daily dose recommended by WHO is 400 gr.
