Start of MACFRUT 2016 show

In Rimini (Italy) the 2016 Macfrut is taking place from september 14th to 16th, 2016. This is the main show specialised for fruit & vegetable in Italy.

Together with the show, will be organised the 8th édition of training named  “Quality & Safety of Fresh-cut Produce”. This program is organised by the university of FOGGIA in collaboration with MACFRUT and DARE-Puglia and also the Italian association AIIPA-IV Gamma.

This training programme has already been held in Berlin (Germany), Antalya (Turkiye) and Cardiff (Wales). For the scientific coordinator, the programme is excellent with presentations made by most-recognised experts in the world for post-harvest questions and food safety.

Fructidor.com will exhibit there as every year. Together Fructidor.com and Macfrut has tied closed collaboration for decades to promote the Italian main professional event.
