The Fruit & Vegetable now form the base of the food pyramid

New version of the food pyramid that the Nutrition Australia organization now recommends .
Nutrition Australia now recommends that the plant nutrients make up to 70 % of the diet , with 2 servings of fruit and five vegetables ( and pulses) per day .
To illustrate its recommendations, Nutrition Australia has developed a new Pyramid with :
-at the base fruits and vegetables
-then, grains (rice, quinoa, bread)
-then, proteins, milk, meat, fish, cheese and eggs
-and healthy fat (olive oil, nuts)
Drink a lot of water, limited salt and sugar, and do sport.
