The potato industry confirms its capacity for innovation
The event is becoming increasingly important. as PotatoEurope 2012 welcomed more than 10,000 visitors from 12 to 13 September in Villers-Saint-Christophe (02), exceeding the objectives of the organisers.
The industry has demonstrated its ability to innovate with French and foreign professionals.
The show was very well presented with demonstrations such as optical sorting attracting a wide public.
Exhibitors numbered 250, 25% more than in 2008 and nearly 40% of visitors were from the Benelux, Germany and the UK. In total vistors came from 50 different countries .
