The main destinations for Spanish exports (1. Germany 2. France 3. UK 4. Netherlands Italy 5.) represent 71% of total sales abroad.
Germany is in the top of ranking of main destinations for Spanish products.
Germany is the largest market for Spanish exports of fruits and vegetables, with a share of 24% for the year 2012. Further in the ranking are France (19%), the UK (13%), the Netherlands (9%) and Italy (6%). It should be noted that these five destinations represent 71% of total Spanish sales abroad.
By type of products, the main exported fruits are mandarins, oranges and strawberries. Those are tomatoes, peppers and lettuce for vegetables.
