Total Produce reveals results in increase, demand is now in progress in spite of a slow beginning of year.
Total Produce, has just announced, for the first half of the year, a profit of 21,7 million € before tax, that is an increase of 5,5 % compared to last year.
The company declared that, because of climatic bad conditions in all Europe, the demand started again. Total Produce also benefited from the favourable evolution of the exchange rates.
Total Produce today operates out of 90 facilities across some 19 countries, while serving many more. In addition to being the leading fresh produce provider in Ireland (Total Produce Ireland), Spain (Grupo Arc Eurobanan), Sweden & Denmark (Total Produce Nordic, Lembcke, Everfresh), the United Kingdom (Total Produce UK), and the Czech Republic (Hortim International), the Total Produce group includes major operations in several key markets including South Africa Slovakia, India, Italy and the Netherlands.
