The citrus season terminates because of frosts

Premature end of the citrus season in the region of Tucumán.

ATC (Asociación del Tucumana Citrus) found that citrus season ends prematurely by frost. According to preliminary observations, a minimum of 20% of production is affected. The final report will be heavier and will greatly exceed this rate, predicts ATC.

Besides the immediate loss of production volumes and damage to orchards, the big question is to know how this will affect next season. ATC believes that this gel will have serious consequences on achievable volumes in 2014.
