Prim'land sells green pepper Biper Etzia ® between June 15 and October 15

Launching of the new season of sweet green pepper Biper Eztia ® that Prim'land adds to its range.

The sweet green pepper, Biper Eztia ®, is grown using traditional and natural methods by growers in the Basque Country and Seignanx in the south of the Landes. Thin and elongated, green pepper Biper Eztia ® is not hot (Level 1 on the Scoville scale).

Consumed raw, its fragrance and its crunchy texture is perfect accompaniment to summer salads, fish and poultry. Eaten cooked, its finesse and flavor add a deliciously spicy flavor in regional culinary preparations (axoa, omelette piperade, plancha ...). The sweet green pepper is perfectly digestible, low in calories and rich in vitamins B, B2 and C.

Prim'land sells green pepper Biper Etzia ® between June 15 and October 15 in pocket of 200 g (12 peppers on average per packet).
