Fresón de Palos announces 'Fresón Sostenible' for the campaign 2015

'Fresón Sostenible', produced with sustainable and environmentally friendly techniques, the new range will be sold for the next campaign.
New range planned for Fresón de Palos, for a better respect of the environment.
Fresón de Palos (Cooperativa Santa Maria de la Rabida), has received the label "Zerya" for a zero-waste production through a specific technical protocol. Fresón de Palos will market from 2015 a range 'Fresón Sostenible' (sustainable Freson).
At the moment, only 70 hectares have been subject to verification Zerya and Fresón de Palos predict a marketing volume of 3,000 tons next year for this new range.
Fresón de Palos gathers 150 producers who operate approximately 1,200 hectares for 73,000 tons of production.
