Marais Group announces the arrival of the production of Noirmoutier

The 1st early vegetable of the island of Noirmoutier, potato, will be available in Marais at the beginning of March.

Marais Group, which already sells 1,000 tons of products of Noirmoutier, wants to develop market gardening on the island. The Marais Noirmoutier structure as a producer organization is in charge of the marketing of all products.

The island of Noirmoutier, situated in Vendée near the estuary of the Loire, enjoys an exceptional climate. Temperate climate (mild winter and cooler in the summer) and sea air have made the fame of the early potato. The island also produces zucchini and tomatoes that offer incomparable taste quality.
