Raspberries season in Krasnodar (Russia)

According to the latest data, local berries producers have started selling out first raspberries in Krasnodar this week. Based on the recent information, at the current moment raspberries costs rally up to 3 – 4,2 USDkg, these figures are 20% higher comparing to the previous season numbers. Despite long spring, berries producers report that raspberries harvesting has started at conventional time this year, just as one year before. It stands to mention that due local currency devaluation, current prices for raspberries (in USD currency terms) are 30% lower comparing to the last season prices in Russia.
