OTC Organics invites customers and farmers to meet in Berlin

OTC has grown incredibly, both internally and externally, since its establishment in 2004. The company began with organic onions, greenhouse vegetables and vegetable crops. Later the growing demand for organic products has led to the expansion of OTC's product range to more than 100 fruits and vegetables. Bart van der Vliet, Sales & Marketing Manager OTC Organics B.V. explains that in order to respond even better to market needs, the company plans to connect new suppliers / products with customers by starting new projects. At Fruit Logistica they invite both (organic) growers and consumers to talk about long-term relationship with OTC.
Through network of professional organic farmers, OTC Organics delivers 100% organic fruit and vegetables to customers worldwide every single week, in Europe and North America. “No need to worry about certification, inspection, storage, packaging or distribution: we take care of everything,” – comments Bart.
“In close collaboration with our organic farmers, we want to achieve further growth. They provide us with a tasty organic product, and we help them to sell and distribute their organic fruit and vegetables. From cultivation plans to sales: we guide our growers from A to Z through it, and when help is needed, we are there. Even if they want to move on to organic farming, or if they are in the middle of a transition from conventional to organic farming, we'd like to get in touch!” – adds Bart van der Vliet.
In addition to new recyclable carton table grape packaging OTC will introduce new recyclable sleeve at Fruit Logistica. This new packaging consists of paper and can be easily recycled after use. “Come to see, touch, experience our planet friendly packaging!” – invites Bart.
