Ronald Bown Fernández has decided to start his retirement process and leave his position as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Fruit Exporters of Chile AG (ASOEX).
The ASOEX Board of Directors expressed gratitude to Ronald for the innumerable achievements that have been obtained for the benefit of the fruit export activity under his administration. In addition, they especially highlighted his commitment to achieving an adequate conjunction of the interests of the sector with those of Chile.
As a consequence, the ASOEX Board of Directors began the search for a new President. After a long and impartial process, Iván Marambio Castaño, current member of the Board of Directors, a lawyer by profession and who has more than 20 years of experience in the fruit sector, has been appointed. Marambio will assume his new position next September.
