Laurus to sell its EDAH supermarkets chain

The Dutch distributor, Laurus, would be ready to sell its EDAH supermarkets chain, that is to say 320 supermarkets and mini-markets. Three companies are interested in the takeover : the Belgian Colruyt, the German Rewe or else the Dutch Sperwer.
