Kwik Lok announces important leadership transition
VU | Kwik Lok
Kwik Lok, one of the global market leaders in bag closures, announced a significant leadership transition. Bruce Cox, Director of Strategic Accounts, has announced his retirement after nearly two decades of dedicated service. Stepping into this critical role is Jordan James, who has been promoted to Director of North American Sales and Strategic Accounts.
Beginning as a regional sales manager overseeing territories in Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and the western provinces of Canada, Bruce Cox's exceptional leadership and strategic vision propelled him through various roles within the organization. As Western Divisional Manager, he spearheaded sales operations across the western United States and Canadian provinces before assuming the role of Director of Strategic Accounts in 2019. Throughout his tenure, Cox has been a steadfast advocate for the bakery and produce industries, contributing his expertise to organizations such as the Baking Equipment Manufacturing Association (BEMA) and the American Bakers Association (ABA).
Prior to the promotion, Jordan James served as Director of Sales and Business Development at Shamrock Sales and Services Inc., a Kwik Lok distributor based in Central California. James is a graduate of Columbia College, holding a degree in Business Administration.
