Peruvian orange exports decrease in value and volume in the first two months of 2025

The United States continues to be the main destination for Peruvian oranges.
Between January and February 2025, Peruvian exports of fresh oranges totaled 63,925 kilos, generating $55,971 in revenues, according to Agrodataperu. In contrast, during the same period in 2024, the country exported 212,874 kilos, with a value of $158,568, evidencing a significant decrease in volume and value.
Currently, the United States continues to be the main destination for Peruvian oranges, representing 35% of the total value exported, followed by the United Kingdom (23%) and the Dominican Republic (19%), while other markets receive smaller volumes.
